Vlad is lying. He never told me about this at all. Initially he was only going to give me cashback with a 20x. I said that was unacceptable, and we later agreed on 3x wagering on cashback.

This discussion took place when I'd reach Level 8. I had received cashback, but I had also received me level 8 VIP rewards too. I continued to receive my weekly free spins (level 8) and also Tuesday and Friday reload bonuses (but I do not play with bonuses, just straight cash).

These reload bonuses, along with the Saturday Free Spins, all stopped about 3 weeks ago. There was no mention why, nothing.

Hence, it seems that Vlad realised that I was fast approaching level 9 VIP, and just yanked my VIP rewards, by now trying to state I am not eligible for VIP rewards because of the bespoke cashback.

However if that was true, then why was I STILL receiving them?

Vlad never mentioned anything about removing the VIP bonuses or Level rewards, when I accepted the 10% cashback with 3x wagering.

It was not until I reached VIP level 9 on Saturday, that I did not receive Eruo1,000 (AU$1,500) that I contact support and they credit to account. 5 min later it disappears from my casino balance.

I stop play and contact live chat. Vlad takes chat... I ask where is AU$1,500 VIP level up bonus, he says: Your not eligible for it. Your 10% cashback with 3x wagering is all you get.

As I stated above, Vlad never informed about this. I only discover this when VIP level 9 rewards was removed by Vlad.

 

Ну и зря. Если вы считаете, что вы правы, то нужно было до конца отстаивать свою правоту.

 

Нет скринов где игроку явно говорят что не будет вип программы. Он нас поймал, мы платим. Сколько раз себе говорил, что нельзя идти навстречу и делать персональные сделки игрокам и все наступаю на эти грабли. В конечном итоге, это все приводит лишь к ухудшению бонусной политики всего казино.

 

А вы сделайте двойную систему бонусной программы.
10% кэшбэк ежемесячно без любых других бонусов, либо вип программа, и все...

Я далек от управления казино. Но я точно знаю одно. Казино это не суд, а игроки это не юристы. Игроки приходят за азартным развлечением, а не за тем, чтобы их ловили на незнании каких то пунктов и нюансов.

Казино должно давать ясные и четкие определения. Разъяснять их до, а не после. Это работа казино, разъяснять нюансы, а не ловить игроков на их незнании. Казино должно заботится об этом, не игрок. Игрок приходит отдыхать, а не ломать мозг.

Вот тут аналогичная проблема. Игрок не сказал что у него "игровая зависимость". Ну так любого можно поймать. 99% игроков не изучают текст лицензии, это же всем понятно. Зачем их ловить на этом.? Может правильнее разъяснить, какие бывают формулировки. Чтобы суппорт разъяснил, что при такой формулировке последствия такие, при другой другие. Чтобы не было сомнений и не досказаности.

So what does he do? Credited the AU$1,500 BUT split it into 2...

• $750 with a 10x play thru;
  
• And another $750 with a 10x play thru.

Which, in the way he's combined both of these bonuses together and active at the same time, makes it 20x play thru.

It should only be 10x play thru.

So he's screwed me over again... Nice one!

 

2 bonuses with 10x playthrough still are 10x playthrough. Doesn't matter if they are split on 750+750 or 1500 it is still 10x.
2 x 7500 wagering = 15 000 aud wagering.
1x 1500 wagering = 15 000 aud wagering.

The only difference is that 750x2 is easier to play through as 2nd bonus doesn't stick to the first one.

 

А были ли вообще скрины?  я блокнулся, при том что депал копейки перед блоком, нигде не говорил что у меня зависимость, постучал в чат разблокировать, но меня не разблокировали) значит дело в сумме проиграных денег

Clearly Math is not your strong point.

• You combined both $750 bonuses, which totaled - AU$1,500;
• Each $750 bonus came with 10X wagering;
• 10x + 10x = 20x wagering, because both bonuses were activated by you at the same time.

You had to activate both bonuses to provide the AU$1,500 bonus.

The excuse for having 2x bonuses, is smoke screen, you knew damn well that having both $750 bonuses activated at the same time, enforced a 20x wagering on the $1,500.

And if that's not clear to you by now, then IMHO your basic understanding of MATH isn't up to par for a casino owner.

 

@Fastpay-casino - It's already been proved that you lied to this forum, when you said you'd told me about the VIP level being canceled due to the beskpoke cashback deal. You tried to make me look like a scammer. Well my friend, your lies blew up in your face.

Now, you trying to pull another swifty, again at my expense.

This issue has only blown up because you've tried to make out I'm in the wrong, when it was you who were wrong and continue to be wrong.

If I was you, I'd simple STFU and do the right thing for once.

That is... re-credit the $1,500 in a single bonus comp, with the correct wagering on 10x.

You're serious? You can find all the information in the bonuses section. Go to profile, bonuses and history.
You had 2 bonuses 750 aud each with 7500 aud wagering each, totalling 15000 aud in wagering. I have no idea about what 20x you're talking. 7500 + 7500 = 15000. Bonuses cannot be activated at the same time, otherwise, it will be 5x wagering instead of 10x.

Regarding your emails with the demanding of additional money, I do not see any ground to negotiate regarding it. We have issued cashback, level up bonuses and switched your account to normal VIP on the level 9.

Here is the email (screen capture) I received from Fastpay-Casino when I reached VIP Level 9. At bottom, you can see it states:

"And here is our present for you:
A bonus of 1,500 AUD - the money is waiting for you on the balance. The wagering requirement for this money is 10x."

 

Yes the 2 bonuses BUT both bonuses were combined with each other to make a total of $1,500.

EG - bonus1: $750 @10x wagering | bonus2: $750 @10x wagering.

$750 + $750 = $1,500

10x + 10x = 20x wagering

As I said both bonuses were combine together into one. So both wagering requirements were also combined

The $1,500 should have been 10x wagering, but combining both bonuses together, enforced 20x wagering

 

And? What is the issue? We have credited 1500 aud with 750x2 parts with 10x wagering each, totally 15000 aud wagering on 1500 bonus.

 

I provided a screenshot higher. Info about bonuses can be found in the bonuses section. If bonuses can be combined it will be 5x wagering, if not 10x wagering. They cannot be combined.

 

The 20x wagering made it 30,000AU wagering...

 

So you claim but...Instead of issuing one (1) bonus of $1,500 with 10x wagering (which is common sense), you don't. Instead you issue two (2) bonuses @ $750 each with both having a 10x wagering, and then you combine both these $750 bonuses to total $1,500 credited to my account balance.

Hence there is no other way to have a casino balance of $1,500 AUD, without combining the two bonuses.

 

I provided you with all the information regarding this case. We have provided all bonuses to you with the correct wagering requirements. If you will check the terms and conditions in p. 14.24 you will see that deposit bonuses cannot be combined. You playthrough the first bonus after that second. I suggest you ask in any other Direx casino regarding wagering in such situation and if it is equal to 1500 with 10x or no.

You are still unhappy and continue to demand additional money. In this thread, I have nothing to add. When I will get access to agd I will double post the same information. For me, case is closed. I wish you good luck.
